How do I check out when I'm without battery or without a cell phone?

If you're without a cell phone or without battery, don't worry! You can access your reservation information and complete the check-out directly through the physical kiosks available at the hotel. Just leave the room, check that you've taken all your belongings, and complete the digital check-out at one of the kiosks.
