This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the V3RSO website and booking app use, what they are for and how you control each one. It complements the Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files your browser stores when you visit a site. They let a site remember choices and understand how it is used.

Cookies we use

• Essential

  Store your cookie choice (v3rso_consent cookie, 12 months) and keep basic functions working. They do not depend on consent.

• Analytics

  Measure how the site and booking are used. We use PostHog (ph_*_posthog cookie, up to 12 months, shared between v3rso.com.br and guest.v3rso.com.br) and Google Analytics (_ga and _ga_* cookies, up to 24 months). In the booking app, PostHog also records navigation and may record sessions; form fields are masked.

• Marketing

  Measure the results of paid campaigns (Google Ads, through the Google tag), using click identifiers such as gclid. They only work if you allow them.

Third-party content

Hotel pages include a Google Maps embed and the site loads Google Fonts. Google may set its own cookies when showing that content, under its own policy.

How to manage them

Use the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer to accept, reject or adjust each category at any time. Your choice applies to the website and the booking app and is kept for 12 months. If you reject analytics, we stop sending usage events to PostHog and Google Analytics. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; without them, parts of the site may not work.

Your rights

Personal data handled through these technologies follows the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018). The Privacy Policy explains how to exercise your data subject rights.
